Product pages are intended to help buyers prepare inquiries. Images, descriptions and catalog data do not create a final product commitment. The approved written specification, sample, drawing, quotation and order documents control the commercial supply.

产品页面用于协助采购商准备询盘。图片、说明与目录数据不构成最终产品承诺；实际供货以确认后的书面规格、样品、图纸、报价与订单文件为准。

2. Quotations and orders / 报价与订单

Website text is not a binding offer. Price, MOQ, sample terms, payment, lead time, packing, loading quantity, shipping and trade terms are confirmed in a formal quotation and order acceptance.

网站文字不构成有约束力的销售要约。价格、MOQ、样品条件、付款、交期、包装、装柜数量、运输与贸易条款以正式报价和订单接受文件为准。

3. Specifications and appearance / 规格与外观

Material, weight, shade rate, dimensions, tolerance, color, processing, eyelet layout, accessories, labels and packing must be confirmed in writing. Screen images can differ from physical color and should not be used as the sole color-acceptance standard.

材料、克重、遮阳率、尺寸、公差、颜色、加工、扣眼布局、配件、标签与包装均须书面确认；屏幕图片可能与实物颜色不同，不应作为唯一验色标准。

4. Performance and regulated uses / 性能与受监管用途

Wind load, structural capacity, fire performance, waterproof grade, UV life, temperature range, certification and legal compliance are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the confirmed order documents and supported by suitable evidence.

除非经确认的订单文件明确列出并有适当资料支持，否则不保证风荷载、结构承载、阻燃、防水等级、UV寿命、耐温范围、认证与法律合规性。

5. Intellectual property / 知识产权

Website text, layout and factory-supplied product media may not be copied for misleading, infringing or unlawful use. Buyers remain responsible for obtaining permission for logos, artwork, barcodes, packaging and other files they ask the factory to use.

网站文字、版式与工厂提供的产品素材不得用于误导、侵权或违法用途。买家须确保其要求使用的Logo、稿件、条码、包装及其他文件已获得必要授权。

6. Third-party services and platforms / 第三方服务与平台

WhatsApp and external marketplace names are third-party services or trademarks. References describe communication or customer sales channels only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement or official supplier status.

7. Liability and changes / 责任边界与变更
